Villa Brodie is
a spacious villa with fantastic views of the coast and mountains. It
has it's own private pool and is furnished to a very high standard.
There are 3 bedrooms, one en suite, with a king size bed,and a balcony
with table and chairs. The other 2 bedrooms have large 3'6" twin beds
and all bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe, drawer and shelving space.
There is a famiy bathroom also.
On the ground floor the open plan
accommodation has a lounge area with seating for 8, Salalite TV, DVD
& Video, Dining area with seating for 6 mini Hi Fi and a fully
fitted Kitchen, with Dishwasher, Washing Machine, full cooker and hob,
microwave, toaster, etc including all the cooking utensils and crockery
you could want. There is air con and ceiling fans in every room, all
linen and towels provided including pool towels, but not beach towels.
There is also a claokroom on the ground floor,outside there is a large
patio table and chairs for outside eating and drinking, and 6 pool
loungers, side tables and umbrellas for your use too. There is a
private pool and outside shower and a pretty well kept garden. There is
also an iron, ironing board, hairdryer, straighteners, cool box,
barbecue, airer, and a safe for your valuables.
Coral Bay is
only a 5 min drive from the villa and has many good resturants,lots of
shops and the best beach in the area. Peyia village is a few mins drive
away with 2 bakers, 2 butchers a fantastic supermarket that has
everything you need and more! Plenty of resturants even a take away.
The beautiful Akasmas nature reserve is also close by and is well worth
a visit, if you have a 4 wheel drive you can drive all the way along to
Polis & Latchi, where you will find a lovely harbour and of course
Aphrodities Bath! You can still drive there via the normal roads if you
don't have 4 wheel drive, it is a lovely area. Paphos is about a 15 min
drive and the airport 30 mins.
