modern open plan kitchen with granite worktops featuring oven
hob,fridge/freezer,dishwasher,washing machine, microwave,iron/ironing
board,water cooler everything to make life easy.The ground floor
has a modern open plan layout with a spacious lounge & inviting
dining area, consisting of 3 settee's, English sky TV, DVD, CD/radio
player, coffee table. The dining area has a large table comfortable to
seat 6 people.From the lounge there are two windows overlooking the
tempting 8m x 4m private swimming pool with walk in steps suitable for
children. The patio around the pool accommodates the 6 sunbeds and our
new sail for shade. A Meet & Greet service is available when
you arrive to help you settle in. Also a Welcome Pack is in the villa
when you arrive. A cot can can be provided on request at an additional
cost. Safety deposit box & hair dryers are provided. Fly screens
