Marina Complex, a small complex in a quiet area of Kato Paphos. This
new 2-bedroom ground floor apartment has all the luxuries that make
your holiday memorable.
The
apartment has use of a communal pool with children’s splash pool, set
within beautiful landscaped gardens. Here you will also find showering
and changing rooms for your use. A short walk from the apartment brings
you to a small taverna, for breakfast and snacks, and a small grocery
stall. The apartment is within 15 minutes walk of the harbour and the
many restaurants Paphos has to offer.
The apartment itself is
tastefully furnished to a high standard ensuring a comfortable stay.
The fully fitted kitchen has quality appliances as well as the added
bonus of a full size fridge freezer – ideal for those cool drinks by
the pool.
The stylish oak table seats four in comfort or you
can eat al fresco on the poolside patio. The spacious open plan lounge
area has three and two seater sofas. Two oak coffee tables are also
provided. For your entertainment we provide a TV, DVD and CD players.
Patio
doors lead to a south-facing terrace overlooking the pool as well as a
secluded rear terrace, allowing a choice of both sun and shade. Here
you may eat, drink or just relax with a good book.
The double and twin bedrooms both have ample storage space. A further bed is available for a child under 12yrs.
The
bathroom has bath, shower over bath, WC and basin. There is plenty of
storage for cosmetics and toiletries. Towels and linen are changed
weekly.
