to mention air conditioned. The property has a spacious living area
with relaxing lounge seating, including a sofa bed, a formal dining

landscaped courtyard with further table & chairs for outside

swimming pool. The bathroom is modern and tastefully tiled, with a
shower fitted over the bath. The communal areas to Queens Gardens are
very attractive and well maintained, beautifully landscaped with
fountains, palm trees and shrubs, a lovely area for the enjoyment of
the residents & occupants only. The property has car parking in the
