Filellinon Villa Complex is located in Perea, the larger of the three towns in the municipality of Thermaikos which includes Nea Epivates and Agia Triada. The towns are joined by 7.4km of sandy beach and clear water. The seafront has many tavernas who's tables spill out onto the beaches. The tavernas are open all year round to supply the thirst and hunger of eager locals and visitors from Thessaloniki and neighbouring towns who fill the beach tables on Sundays even in the Greek winter. Local Transport
There is an excellent all year round bus service that connects to Thessaloniki in the north and through to Mahaniona in the south, a beautiful fishing town with magnificent churches.

Each of the three towns in the municipality has it's own long pier. The larger pier at Nea Epivates is home to the local fishing fleet. The fisherman and divers still use traditional boats and fishing methods and can be seen in the bay most days |

Wildlife
There is a plethora of wildlife including Dolphins and Pelicans which can be seen regularly in the bay. Turtles are also regular visitors with the local seagulls, cormorants and other diving birds in abundance |
