This fantastic 3 bedroom, 'quattro' style villa is situated on a sought after, privately managed complex, and has many great things to offer, including 2 amazing swimming pools, each with kid's paddling pools, tennis and basketball courts, kid's play area, 24 hour reception and security. The beautiful Yesilkent beach is only a 3 minute walk away, where you can hire sunbeds, parasols, pedaloes, canoes, water-skiing. Local shop is equipped with all your essentials.

The villa sleeps 6, 2 rooms with single beds (one with en suite), and master bedroom with a double bed (en suite). There is also a family bathroom with jacuzzi bath. Downstairs WC. All rooms lead out onto balconies and the master bedrooms has it's own roof-terrace, equipped with sun loungers. The kitchen is fully equipped and other luxuries include TV, DVD (with many films to watch), Cable/Satellite. We have just purchased a pool table, which our guests are more than welcome to use.

The villa is situated in a quiet area, so if its peace and quiet you are after, this villa is ideal. Saying that, you are only 10 minutes from all the hustle and bustle, so you can get the best of both worlds!
