restored Gascon farmhouse, set in its own parkland in the picturesque
hilltop village of Pouy Roquelaure. Situated between Agen & Condom,
is well placed for visiting the many medieval towns and villages of

bedroom gites, all with en-suite. Each has a large, bright living area
with two three seater sofas, television and DVD player. A Well equipped
modern kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, full

onto the surrounding countryside. Our large park has mature trees and
lawns. Ther is a fully enclosed 12m x 6m swimming pool with magnificent
views. Pool house with honesty bar for drinks and ice creams. On a
clear day guests can also see the spectacular mountains of the
Pyrenees, only a two hour drive away. Play equipment for children,
