Lose The Lovehandles Without Starving
This one had to be fast without starving! A plan that was sensible and nutritious. Was also not going to mess with my insides and make me all bunged up (that's what mr Atkins doesn't tell you!) So... Lots of research and investigation into what makes us fat.
"We are what we eat" is what we are told. Control your portion size, Eat meat / don't eat meat. Eat bread / don't have dairy. Too much confusion and there has to be a simple balance for simple people.
Solution : A simple plan, with a short timeframe and no more lovehandles!
My plan to lose my love handles had to be simple and follow some rules, 4 simple ones.- A Short Program that would last just 7 days (i can always do it again)
- Fast Results. I need to be seeing progress from the start
- Achievable. We all know that the 20lbs in 10 days has surely got to hurt. but 10lbs should surely be achievable then
- Interesting. I did not want to be eating lettuce for a week - Boring and i will cheat. (and then fail)
