The front door
opens to a large open plan lounge and American style kitchen. There are
two sets of double doors which open onto a very sunny terrace which is
furnished with table and chairs. The lounge has two leather sofa´s and
there is a dining table seating 6 people.
The kitchen is well equipped with plates and glasses and all essential items for your stay.
The
master bedroom also has double opening doors leading to the garden and
there is a great sea view which can be seen from the bedroom and there
are a good range of fitted wardrobes. The en-suite bathroom has a
shower over the bath.
The second bedroom has two single beds, fitted
wardrobes and doors which open to a smaller courtyard which has a BBQ.
The family bathroom also has a shower over the bath.
The front
garden is laid to lawn and very private. The views from the garden are
superb overlooking the skyline of Benidorm and the sea. There are also
mountain views.
Leading from the lounge you will find a lovely
terrace which is furnished with table and chairs and there is a
courtyard terrace leading off the second bedroom.
To the front of
the property is a large open grassed area and the communal swimming
pool which is a lagoon style. There are also tennis courts which you
are welcome to use.
