lovely detached Villa is ideal for summer holidays or winter sun
breaks. Just a short distance from town which offers all facilities,
the home is very well furnished and has a beautiful and newly
constructed private pool. There are plenty of full sun or shady
terraces to dine Al Fresco and spacious accommodation inside. The villa
also has a woodburning fire, ideal for cooler nights during the winter
season.
The entrance to the property is through a covered Naya which
gives a lovely shady area. Table and chairs are provided here. You will
then find an entrance hall with dining table and chairs and open plan
lounge with modern furniture, sofa and armchairs. There is a
woodburning fire, TV and multi lingual Satellite system. The American
style kitchen is well fitted and provides everything needed for your
stay.
The bedrooms have a separate hallway which also has a door
to the garden area, useful to use when coming from the pool. two of the
three bedrooms have built in wardrobes. The family shower room is well
fitted and also contains the washing machine.
