the Costa Blanca, near Altea, Benidorm, Calpe, Denia. Very well suited
and equiped to accommodate groups and large families. There are 10
bedrooms, of which 9 have their own bathroom/toilet. Large living area
and separate playing room. Professional kitchen. Large pool with salty
water. The Manor and gardens, with fruit trees, ponds, almonds, was
completely updated in the course of 2007/2008 leaving all authentic
details in place.
Wonderful mountain views all around the house. No more than a ONE hour drive from Alicante airport.
25 minutes from the beaches of Benidorm, 15 minutes from Altea.
The house is situated on a crossing of medieval Morish food paths.
The little village of Bolulla (200 inhabitants, small supermarket, two bars) is at 5 minutes downhill walk from Can Capelletes.
Many possibilities for hiking, walking, cycling. 8 beautiful and challenging (PGA)golf courses within an hour drive.
The
area is known to be the greenest area of Spain since it is surrounded
by three mountain ridges and it has the best year round temperatures in
Spain (15-30 degrees centigrade). The mountains usually provide a soft
cooling off breeze in summer in the afternoons. The area is renown for
its foods, wines and great variety of fruits, such as the typical
Spanish 'nisperos'
