cultural history i.e. prehistoric cave paintings, medieval castles,
many excellent museums including Les Eyzies, Limoges and Perigueux. The
very varied beautiful countryside offers something to do in every
season - swimming, mushroom hunting and walnut harvest in Autumn. In
the Winter truffle and local specialties. Springtime is beautiful with
an abundance of rare wild flowers in a variety of habitats. Marked
