You will find Résidence La Roseraie set in the wooded hills of northern Périgord Noir, just 8 km from Hautefort Castle.
We
propose two luxury villas: Villa Rosa and La Truffière and one Cottage:
Lou Nouzier. The villas are situated high-up on our 2,4 ha of hillside
and have lovely panoramic views of the surrounding valley (Vallée
d'Auvézère). They are respectfully situated to ensure the privacy of
all guests. Each is tastefully furnished, equipped with modern
amenities and boasts a private pool.
LA TRUFFIERE, built in 2006, is a modern, luxury, south-facing villa, which can accommodate up to 6 adults and 1 baby.
With
a total surface area of 120 m², the villa boasts a covered terrace,
from where guests can enjoy wonderful views over the Vallée d'Auvézère,
with lounge chairs, BBQ and ambient lighting. The terrace also over
looks a entire enclosed private swimming pool (8-4 m, 1.50 m deep),
which can be used from May to the end of September.
