is a large farmhouse style kitchen with 5 burner range cooker,
side-by-side fridge/freezer, microwave, 2nd fridge, double sink,
dishwaher and plenty of storage. The kitchen is well equiped to cater
for large parties. From the kitchen you can access a private courtyard
with BBQ facilities and space for al fresco dinning. This courtyard is
also accessed from the garden and the master bedroom.The
dinning room can easily accommodate large parties at 2 tables. Through
French doors you come to the 9m by 7m lounge (a converted barn), with 4
sofas and a number of chairs as well as satalite TV. The room is light
due to the patio window which has replaced the barn door and a
cathedral ceiling. A staircase leads from the lounge to the mezzanine,
which has a library of books, a harmonium, dart board, puzzels and
