space is open plan on three levels. The main door opens onto the lounge
area which is furnished with confortable sofas and arm chairs with a
wood burning stove in one corner. There is a telivision which receives
free to view English programms plus a DVD and video player.A step
leads to the dining area with a large table and chairs. Another step
leads to the fully fitted modern kitchen complete with fridge,
dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, electric oven and gas hob.The
stairs lead up from the dining area to 1 large bedroom with a double
bed and fitted wardrobe, 1 double bedrooom with 2 single beds, 1
bedroom with bunk beds and a single room (in which bunk beds can be
fitted) A cot can be put in either of the double rooms. There are two
shower rooms with built in showers, washbasins and w.c. In the front of the cottage is a large terrace with BBQ, and patio furniture.The
large 12x6 meter heated swimming pool is just across the courtyard from
the cottage and is built within the walls of another old barn with a
self closing gate which cannot be opened by children under the age of 7
years. The grounds of the 24 acre private estate are of wood and
meadow land on which are a variety of fruit and nut trees the products
