main bedroom being served by its own ensuite bathroom with a separate
shower room for the other bedrooms. The apartment is fitted with TV, Hi
Fi, DVD, video and sky TV. The kitchen and utility area has a
dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board. The living /
dining room has a table and six chairs, and two sofas. Leading from the
Living room area is the terrace complete with table and chairs. Reduced
green fees are available. The location benefits from being within a
short distance of several great golf courses. It is in easy reach of
the friendly and pleasant town of Ayamonte, and within a few kilometres
of the beach and marina. The apartment has a communal swimming Pool
open from April to Mid October. The apartment enjoys being within a few
hundred metres of the golf club house with its driving range, bar,
restaurant, terrace and bowling greens. Also within walking distance is
the impressive Da Vinnci hotel and Barraida fishing village with its
quaint restaurant and bars. The apartment benefits from being a very
short distance away from the beach and marina resorts on the island.
The town of Ayamonte is on its door step, which is full of great places
to eat and enjoy the local surroundings. The cobbled streets and town
squares make for a pleasant visit to the town. You will find the local
people very accommodating and friendly. The Portuguese town of Villa
Real is either a fifteen minute drive or a ten minute ferry ride away.
For the golfer in addition to the impressive Isla Canela golf course,
there is no end of fantastic golf courses within a short distance
including El Rompido, Castro Marin, Benimor and Quinta de Ria. On
average the resort enjoys 320 days of sunshine a year.If you are
