Living Rooms: Comfortable 2 seater sofa bed, 2 armchairs, table. Sideboard housing TV (Spanish channels only), DVD Player, Radio/CD/Cassette player. Selection of books and DVD's. There is a breakfast bar with stools between the lounge and Kitchen area.
Cleaning equipment/bath towels/linen supplied. Beach/Pool towels are not supplied.

The very large terrace has a covered area with a large dining table and chairs. There are 2 sunloungers, and a bistro table and chairs. A barbeque is also available. The terrace is south facing and has sun all day. It overlooks the par 3 eigth hole of the popular Sanlucar golf course (residents gain very advantageous green fees).
The terrace is a great place for eating 'al fresco', sunbathing, sipping the local wines/sherry and chatting with the passing golfers.

Notes on accommodation
Parking space allocated. There is 24 hours security on the site. The apartment complex has a very large, fenced swimming pool with a lifeguard on duty. There are also two paddle tennis courts. The complex has a few bars and cafeterias available where meals and snacks can be obtained. The Golf Club is a popular eating place with good food at very reasonable prices.

Coast
Sanlucar has 2 beaches with fine grained golden sands. There are sailing, canoeing and windsurfing clubs, all of which provide lessons. There are also many sandy beaches and secluded coves along the coastline. Horse riding is also a major feature of the area and there are a number of local centres, many of which offer riding lessons. Sanlucar's beach is also famous for the historic horse racing in August. This has been taking place since the 19th Century.
