of 170 qm !) the villa is convenient for two families who whish to
spent comfortable holidays together.
In the upper floor there
are two balconies (of 14 sqm each): one in the easter direction for
sunrises and one in the western direction to enjoy the sunsets. One of
the terraces has a staircase to an upper terrace with excellent views.
