villa in Varna, Bulgaria. On the shore of Varna bay. Very romantic.
Fishing rods supplied. Ideal for fishing, boating, windsurfing, and
watersports.There is a free boat, outboard motor, and canoe.The
villa has a lot of character, is only 12 years old, and is comfortable
and homely. It was newly decorated and furnished in 2004. It has
apricot, hazelnut, apple, cherry, fig, and plum trees, and an outdoor
"summer kitchen", and garden furniture, with many chairs and a wooden
garden table over 2.5m long, an outdoor oven that can take 2 sheep, and
a smaller barbeque. It is under a fig tree, about 8m from the villa,
and has one open side.Very friendly local fishermen are in this
area, it is unspoilt and undeveloped. There are absolutely no tourists,
or tourist facilities, which all are in the other side of the town. In
