With stunning views of the mountains, valleys and river, Rila View Lodge is situated in the beautiful mountain village of Madjare just 100 metres from the Cerni Iskar river. We have 8 spacious bedrooms 6 of which have en-suite shower rooms whilst the remaining 2 share the 7th shower room. To take advantage of the beautiful views every bedroom has access to a balcony. There is a very large lounge/dining room with a lovely log fire, satellite TV/DVD and CD player. On the 2nd floor we have a second lounge with a small kitchen. The lodge has central heating throughout. Our aim is to provide you with a relaxed, stress free holiday in warm and friendly surroundings. We offer a catered package including: Airport transfers from/to Sofia airport; Welcome drinks/snacks; Bed & breakfast that includes a hot option; fantastic, home cooked, three course evening meal on six evenings; Wine, beer and soft drinks will be served with the evening meal; Daily transport to/from the gondola station in Borovets
Madjare is located in the foothills of the stunning Rila Mountains of Bulgaria. The Rila Mountains being the highest mountain range on the Balkan Peninsular. Rila View Lodge commands stunning views of the mountains, rivers and valleys. Quite and peaceful but still only 70km from Sofia and only 20 minutes drive from the international ski resort of Borovets and only 10 minutes from the provincial capital of Samokov. Both Borovets and Samokov have an abundance of restaurants, bars and night clubs.
