As a crib, the front panel is stationary, allowing you constant easy access to baby. The mattress support has three levels of adjustability so you can keep lowering it as baby gets older and bigger. Take the front panel off and put the mattress in its lowest position to create the toddler bed. Raise the mattress to enjoy this piece as a daybed.
