Solid wood slats positioned lengthwise distribute body weight evenly to minimize the amount of motion transfer, and take the place of a box-spring. Prepac Manufacturing Platform Bed with Storage The twin size offers three extra-deep storage drawers and the full, queen, and king sizes offer six (three on each side). The drawers run smoothly on metal glides, and knobs have been eliminated by using finger pulls located at the bottom of drawer fronts. Finger pulls create flush drawer facings that prevent bedding from catching. At 19 inches deep, these drawers are large enough to hold anything you need to store: linens, blankets, clothes, socks, and even shoes are just a few ideas.
