He says phrases, words, and mumbles.

He is to go with his cages, his toys,and his food. [Pelleted Zupreem diet]
It would be great if his new owner had Quaker parrot experience, at least parrot knowledge.
He can be Quaker cage aggressive, just get out the towel and he will step up.
Once he is out. he is cuddly and wants all your attention.
He does get along with other birds, used to cats, and dogs.
Prefers one person to bond with, but still will allow other people to love him too.
