This is a made in Germany 6 oz. cup and saucer. They were brought from Germany to the United States by the Weeldreyer family in 1894 to the Hampton Roads region of Virginia. They are hand painted. The cup has a hand painted floral sprays with scrolled and embossed on the body, scalloped rims and molded handles. The saucer is scrolled with gold gilting and scalloped rims. They are in excellent condition.
