Organic that makes these great for storing anything including potable water (drinking water), and are maked Kosher, all totes are in excellent condition, totes still have some of the syrup in them, please see pictures, all factory seal are intact, the foil seal and the yellow rivet under the green handle is a locking device that shows that these have never been opened, they are pumped from the top
