Abu Dhabi will host the Final Race of the 2009 Formula One
Grand Prix Championship at the brand new purpose built
Grand Prix circuit on Yas Island From the 30th October until
the 1st November 2009.

Abu Dhabi has landed the honour of staging the last race of the Formula One Grand Prix season on the
new track. This is the first time since 1985, when the inaugural Australian Grand Prix at Adelaide was
the last race of the season, that a new track has been given the honour of staging the last race of the
