JOIN the Barnum Square Toastmasters Club to fulfill your Public Speaking and Leadership goals. These dynamic, award winning, Barnum Square Toastmaster Club members will provide a mutually supportive and positive learning environment for you. Every member has the opportunity to develop and improve their communication and leadership skills.
The Barnum Square Toastmasters Club meets every Tuesday, from 12:00 noon to 1:00 PM in the Bethel Municipal Center, 1 School Street, Bethel, on the lower level (follow signs for the "Bethel Senior Center".) We gather for our “meet and greet” set-up at 11:45 AM. The meeting and educational program starts at 12:00 PM (noon) sharp and adjourns at 1:00 PM.

Fees are: New Member Packet (including both basic manuals): $20 + International dues, (pro-rated for new members to the month they join): $27 (max) + Local Club dues paid semi-annually $6. Initial Dues & fees + $53 max, pro-rated to month joined. April and October semi-annually dues (after initial payment) = $33, for National and Local dues.

Individuals wishing to tackle their fear of public speaking, improve their ability to think on their feet, learn how to communicate clearly, and develop into competent leaders are welcome to visit a meeting to see what we're all about. Experienced speakers are welcomed to come polish both their communication and leadership skills.
