He has been trail ridden a lot, done gymkhana (a room full of ribbons), sorting, handles himself well alone or in big groups. He is a gorgeous, big mover! He is a very personable horse and loves people and attention! He has great ground manners and is very easy to have around. We have had him for several years from green to well-broke. He has been trained in barrels and poles. He has the potential to go in any direction you want and is a fantastic all-around guy! Good home a must for our boy…requires an intermediate to advance rider because of his training. This guy loves to be worked and will put all his heart into anything you want to do! Doc had an accident (fall) doing patterns in March 08 and has been in rehabilitation but the vet has looked at him and said that he is good to go and be ridden! His price reflects that and if we still have him in the spring it will go up. Price is negotiable!!! Yes, he COULD do gymkhana or barrels again but I personally do not want to start on him until he is physically and mentaly ready. I would probably wait at least a year. He would do perfectly fine just loping the pattern in the meantime. If someone really took the time to wait out the final steps of his rehabilitation they would not be disapointed! This horse has SO much heart! Do not miss out on him! | | | | | | | | | |
