Genuine Jewel (AQHA #4193076 - May 2001)
He is (16.2h), true black, sweet and quiet horse. He trys very hard, and his smarts pay off. He has very nice conformation, and is becoming very comfortable in the Dressage arenas of USDF recognized shows, (scoring consistently in the mid-60's at Training level). 2nd place at Palm Beach Derby Training Level ’09. Always, very commendable notes from the Judges. Eight months ago he was a trail/pleasure horse and has since learned so much (no artificial aids). He would make a suitable mount for a junior or adult amateur. Jewel would also make a great Hunter. He is honest and brave to fences, but green(up to 2’6”). He has exellent ground manners, lunges correctly, clips, ships, and plays well with others. Sadly, the owner can not continue, to proceed much longer, with his training and promising future. He is currently located in Wellington, FL for the winter season and in Bedminster, NJ for the summer.
