I have raised EIGHT KIDS and I know that when the parents are away, the kids go HUNTING in MOM’S and DAD’S room, Private places, Closets, Garages, Dressers, BOXES under the bed and any place they can think of. They trashed the house but never the kitchen cupboards where the canned good were kept! They looked in the cookie jar and stole the cookies but the canned goods were never moved!

Canned goods that people don’t eat on a daily basis, such as creamed corn, condensed milk, coffee, yams, etc., are usually kept at the top of the kitchen cupboard…and this is where you should keep your money cans.
To avoid the temptation of taking money out yourself, the best way is to put paper money in the bottom of the can, cash money in the middle and more paper money at the top. Then the only way you – or anyone else! – can take the money out is by using a can opener!
