The ground floor comprises of the bedroom with 2 single beds, a shower room and kitchen area with facilities consisting of microwave, electric hotplate, toaster, kettle and fridge. In the courtyard there is a barbeque. External stairs lead to the 1st floor where there is a comfortable sitting room which offers tv/dvd, board games and books.

The internal stairs lead to the roof terrace with lovely views of the mountains and nearby village of Rotova. Alfauir has a small supermarket, a chemists and bakery all close at hand. There are 2 bars and during the high summer the new swimming pool is open. The village of Rotova is a 5 minute walk away and has 4 bars where traditional and international food is available.
