ten minute walk away. There is a restaurant and bars overlooking Ayia
Thekla beach.
This brand new house sleeps eight people, one
king-size room, four single beds and a sofa double bed. There is
air-conditioning throughout. The house has a fitted kitchen comprising
of a washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, water chiller, and a
sandwich maker. The lounge has a leather three piece suite, an LCD TV,
DVD player, and a playstation. The private pool is surrounded by a
patio sun terrace and safe grassed areas, along with an outside tiled
shower.
This property is ideal for both families and couples
alike. The house is suitable for all ages as it has beautiful gardens
surrounding the pool which is cleaned and serviced three times a week,
along with safe steps leading into the pool. It is only a five minute
walk to a lovely sandy beach. However, Ayia Napa is only a five minute
drive away with bars/ restaurants and shops leading the way.
There
is a built-in BBQ in the garden for those lazy days, and relaxing
nights. There is also an option of hiring pool/tennis tables for the
duration of holidays if required. The three piece, leather suite
converts to a double bed if required. The house also has a lovely
outside dining area along with sun loungers overlooking the pool. There
is a pergola offering shade to those escaping the sun's rays. There are
excellent transfer facilities available from Larnaca Airport which
takes approximately 35 minutes. There is also another airport in Paphos
which is approximately one hour twenty minutes away.
