Click title/picture for details. offer US $1,250.00 Brand: De Rosa Complete Bike/Frame: Frame and Fork Model: Professional SLX Frame Material: Steel Model Year: '80s Condition: Used Frame Size: 57 cm Material : Steel Type : Road This frame is a De Rosa Professional SLX with italian threads (great shape all around) and matching fork. 57 CM seat tube and top tube, measured center-to-center. Fully lugged frame, detailing at bottom bracket, flat-crown lugged fork, Campagnolo dropouts rear, De Rosa dropouts front. 6/7-speed spacing. Original paint ("Ortensia' color - basically a powder blue) with some scuffs/scrapes as shown (most notably cable-routing under down-tube), original De Rosa decals in perfect condition. Fork and frame are each stamped "2". No dings or dents whatsoever. Alignment is absolutely perfect as verified by local shop. Could use some touch-up paint here and there. In my opinion the bike is too nice as-is to restore - and has further value due to its "original" unrestored finish. Bike was orginally setup with full Campy C-record gruppo (with Campy Delta brakes!) and was original right down to the cable-housings and tires. I have all the components if you decided you'd want the whole bike, but will happily sell the frame/fork only and save the gruppo for my next project. Bike was ridden in the '80s, then put away in dry indoor storage since - an amazing find! -
