The villa is fully equipped for six people and has gas central heating and double glazing for those out-of-season evenings. There is a TV with satellite system receiving British language programmes. Connected to the TV is a DVD/CD player so bring your favourite films or music discs if you wish. There are fans in all of the bedrooms.

Outside the lounge is a partially covered south facing patio with panoramic views. One flght of steps down there is a good-sized (8 x 4m) swimming pool with wide 'Roman' steps into the shallow end, shower and ladder into the deep end. There is a paved and walled area around the pool with sun loungers, garden table and chairs. A further paved patio to the side of the villa is shady in the afternoon. Down from the pool is a level garden area, as yet unplanted.
