for rentals. It has a fully equipped lounge with SKY TV and DVD Player,

facing, enjoying all day sun on the balcony. The apartment
building has residents-only, seasonal pools and a large sunbathing
area, situated in the private inner courtyard. The complex is made up
of two blocks; our apartment is in the front block. There are 2 lifts
in each block and ramps throughout the communal areas making this a
wheelchair friendly complex.Playa De Los Locos, on the Costa
Blanca, is a long stretch of beautiful sandy beach which gently slopes
into the crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean Sea. Los Locos beach
has been awarded the European Blue Flag of cleanliness. This beach,
with a children’s play area, is directly in front of the apartment

totally pedestrianised promenade/beach and restaurants of Playa Del
