Cocentaina, the capital town of the Region of ELComptat and near to the Serra Mariola mountains Natural Park, inhabited since the prehistoric era and surrounded by irrigated land, at the basin of the Serpis river, with olive and almond trees on all sides, is well worth a visit. With buildings such as the Palace, the castle and the old walls, still there to be found by the visitor.

The surrounding countryside has much greenery and many country lanes for walking or cycling, or if you prefer, spend a day around your private pool and at the end of it, barbeque your evening meal whilst enjoying the best of Spanish wine and spectacular views.

Casa de Palmera is a Spanish Villa that has been modernised to take advantage of its superb position on the hills just outside the town of Cocentaina. Whilst surrounded by other villas in the Olive growing areas, the villa enjoys great privacy.
To the left of the Naya is a private filtered pool that is surrounded by evergreens and a palm tree that brings shade to one side of the pool. There are lights around the pool, so bathing in the summer months is possible late into the evening. The pool is fully maintained throughout the year.

There are many lights around the villa, some on automatic timers which switch on during the evening allowing most of the areas where access is required to be illuminated.
