The villa is
situated on an exclusive resort with 24-hour security close to the main
coat road between Fuengirola and Marbella. It was completely
refurbished in 2006 and furnished to a high standard. Upstairs is light
and airy with two double bedrooms and two twin rooms. All rooms have
efficient ceiling fans and shuttered full-length windows. There is one
en-suite and one family bathroom, both with baths and showers over. The
main bedroom has a safe for your use and there is a travel cot and high
chair provided for infants. The spacious lounge diner has leather sofas
and chairs and two sets of patio doors opening onto a front terrace,
where there is parking for one car. The television has Sky and there is
also a DVD player and stereo system. The kitchen is well-equipped with
fridge freezer and dishwasher and there is a laundry room with a washer
dryer. There is also a downstairs toilet and large enclosed rear patio
that overlooks a communal pool. The patio is fully furnished with
tables and chairs and two barbecues.
