A fully fitted kitchen with a large fridge/freezer, microwave, cooker with electric hob, kettle, toaster and marble worktops. The kitchen is well-equipped with crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. A washing machine with tumble dryer is provided together with an iron, ironing board and cleaning equipment.

A spacious open plan living room furnished with a dining table and chairs, 2 sofas, a coffee table, a large television with satellite TV, a DVD player together with a range of DVD films.

As an added extra we provide a cool box and cool bags, 4 beach chairs, beach towels and a beach umbrella for guests to make use of. Bed linen and towels are supplied and changed weekly - the property will be cleaned prior to each rental.
