A detached fully air-conditioned 3 bedroom villa in an elevated position below the village of Tremithousa. The area is quiet and peaceful, commanding fantastic views across farm land towards the blue Mediterranean sea and mountains. The private swimming pool is 10x5m and the water depth at its deepest is 2m. There are roman steps at the shallow end, for children and the elderly. The large garden accomodates covered and open patio areas with ample sun-beds, sun loungers and tables and chairs. There is a private drive which can provide secure parking for 4 cars, and with the villa being in a cul-de-sac there is no passing traffic. The villa comprises of a spacious open living room with large sofas, coffee tables, satellite TV, DVD, video and a stereo. The room also features a gas log burner for those not so warm winter days and nights. The dinning area has a large formal table to seat eight people, and two sets of sliding patio doors which lead onto a large terrace that takes advantage of the panoramic views. There is also a cloakroom complete with basin & WC on this floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with floor and wall units, ample work surfaces, hob with extraction hood, dishwasher, fridge/feezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, ironing board and various cooking utensils. A door from the kichen leads to an utility room which has a seperate sink, storage and a washing machine. An attractive staircase leads up to the three bedrooms. The spacious master bedroom has a king-size double bed, fitted wardrobes and an en-suite comprising of a bath, shower, basin and WC. The bedroom leads onto a veranda hosting stunning sea views. Bedroom two has a double bed and fitted wardrobes. Bedroom three has twin beds and a built in wardrobe. Both bedroom two and three lead onto verandas with fantastic views of the sea. There is also a guests bathroom comprising of a bath, shower, basin and WC. The water in the villa is heated by solar panels, but there is also an immersion heater for those occasional dull winter days. There is air-conditioning throughout which can be switched to heat if required. Linen is provided but guests are required to supply their own beach/pool towels.
