Coast. This modern, spacious property benefits from a large swimming

terraces/balconies (3 of which have sea views)all have their own patio
furniture for your enjoyment together with 6 sun loungers. On the

over. The second floor landing has patio doors off out onto the huge
balcony where you can enjoy a BBQ eating alfresco with stunning views.
Off the landing there is a door leading into master bedroom which also
has patio doors leading onto balcony. It also benefits from a dressing
area and en-suite shower room. Shops to include: butchers, bakers,
mini markets, English speaking bank and restaurants are a 5 minute walk
away. There are many more restaurants on the beach which is a 15-20
minute walk. The Obidos Lagoon beach 1000m away, is huge and is safe
for children to swim in. The more rugged part of the beach is at the
far end where you can enjoy fishing and the waves, which is ideal for
surfing.There are many golf courses in the area, the most famous
being, Praia D'el Rey which is a 25 min drive away. The fishing village
of Peniche, with fantastic fish restaurants, sand dunes and water park
are a 20 min drive away. The famous medieval town of Obidos is just 15
