a south-facing restored farmhouse set in approx. 1 acre of fenced
garden. It is in a rural setting and all windows and doors have a field
or garden view. The french windows in the lounge open onto a small
terrace and overlook the garden, the kitchen opens onto a covered
terrace and also overlooks the garden. All rooms have exposed beams
with the lounge having a wood burner and the kitchen having a very
large open fireplace. The main bedroom is on the ground floor and as a
double bed and a fitted wash basin/vanity unit, and the second bedroom
is upstairs and as twin beds. The local village is only 1km away and
has a minimarket/boulangerie, butchers, salle de fete (village hall),
bar/restaurant which is also the village post office. The nearby town
