The historic centre of the village is a short stroll away where there are everyday local shops, public tennis courts and seven restaurants or it is only 10-15 minutes’ drive to the famous French holiday resort of Sainte Maxime with a vast choice of restaurants and several supermarkets and beautiful sandy beaches. This spacious excellent-quality cottage-style apartment with traditional Roman tiled roof is on the third and top floor in a private mixed residential domaine of villas and low rise cottage apartments sharing the facilities of a large swimming pool, children’s paddling pool and a tennis court. Because of the incline of the land the main access is to the rear by a short individual external stairway of just 6 steps and so the feeling is very much of entering a small cottage. The property has everything necessary for a relaxing holiday- very comfortably furnished and with an excellent level of equipment - including dishwasher and washing machine. From the spacious furnished terrace there are superb views across the village roofs and valley to the Maures mountains in the distance and there is a designated private parking position very close by - really everything necessary for a totally restful holiday in Provence. In addition to the two bedrooms there is a double convertible bed-settee in the lounge and the tariff offers the opportunity to accommodate two additional guests with a supplement of £50 per extra guest per week, making the maximum number of guests able to stay in the apartment six. Outside the months of May to September there is the possibility of reserving short breaks – minimum 3 nights – at £70 per day – on request.
