You are bidding on an all original CBR600F(except for the vance and hines pipe and custom seat)...Besides being extremely rare in this red, white and blue paint scheme, it is almost impossible to find the bodywork in such good shape such as this...This will turn heads wherever you go and if you live in a small town, you are gauranteed to become a local celebrity! There are a couple of scratches here and there(all of which are pictured, but there are NO CRACKS in the bodywork whatsoever...One of the tabs(right rear fender) was broken and since been fixed...This bike is in great condition and for it's age it is in AMAZING condition...It's been completely ran through and runs like a top...The Carburetors are in great/clean shape, as the bike revs beautifully..The engine purs with no signs of a tick inthe valves or any other type of friction. Brakes and rotors are ingood shape, but you could probably benefit from a new front tire(the rear is practically new).
Honda's 1st CBR600 was a breakthrough machine in a number of ways. To start, its unique full bodywork allowed designers to forego the usual engine and frame cosmetics, and instead devote development dollars to pure performance. The result was 85 bhp from the CBR's liquid cooled inline four, superb handling, and a dry weight of 396.8 pounds making the Hurricane the lightest, most powerful 600 available. Such performance alone blew away the competition; with versatility no other 600 could match, the CBR was irresistible. And although the hurricane's time inthe limelight as the fastest and most winningest 600cc sportbike has come and gone, the CBR600F hurricane still hails as the "King of Cool"...
IF you have any questions or would like to see additional photos of the bike(she needs a bath) please call Richie at (407)545-0106...
