This laptop works great and is being sold because I just got a new one for christmas. The hinge that connects this laptop to the screen on the right side was loose, so in December I sent it to dell and they put a brand new screen on this laptop. I state that this laptop is refurbished because of the new screen that was just put on, but the rest of the laptop is 1 year old. This Dell has been taken very good care of and was kept in a padded laptop sleeve whenever it was not being used. This Vostro is like new and has very few light scratches. I recently moved and lost some things in the move, so the only software disc that are included are the ones that are pictured.
