Beautiful villa with a stupendous view on Lake Maggiore. Situated near the Swiss border, the villa offers comfortable and stylish accommodation for up to 8 persons. It has a panoramic position upon the hills giving great views on the lake and a wonderful garden with palm trees.
The villa sleeps comfortably 6+2 persons over 2 levels: On the main floor is a bright and tastefully furnished living room with sitting corner, TV, fireplace and dining table, a fully equipped kitchen and panoramic terrace with table for dining outside. On this level are a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with bathtub. On the garden level are another bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower, playroom with double sofabed and a relaxing lounge with TV and access to the garden.
Fire up the barbeque, enjoy al fresco dining on the panoramic terrace and lay back in the sun loungers. The large garden is an ideal playground for children: football, table tennis table and badminton rackets are available. Inside there are videogames, children videos, books and many board games. There is a covered parking with space for 2 small cars or 1 bigger one.
The villa is located near Cannero Riviera (1 km) with shops, restaurants and the best beach of Lake Maggiore. From here you can catch the ferry boat and explore the lake and its fascinating islands from Italy to Switzerland. It’s only 6 km from the charming town of Cannobio which has a beautiful square and promenade along the lake. Within easy reach are the cities of Verbania, Ascona, Locarno, Lugano and Milan. Visit nearby the famous Piedmont vineyards, the romantic Lake Orta and enjoy walking in the nearby mountain valleys.
