New 15" Custom Dale Chavez Barrel Saddle
Chavez barrel saddles are extremely hard to find at best and retail for $3500 plus. This is a rare opportunity to get this saddle quickly and at a great price. I custom ordered this saddle and waited three months for it to arrive. I thought I ordered QH bars but unfortunately it came with FQH bars and it is too big for my horse. I just love this saddle and it makes me incredibly sad to sell it but I need to sell this one before I order another and make sure this time I order QH bars. This fantastic Chavez saddle has a very deep 15" extremely cushy seat with rust suede pig skin. The leather is basket with floral tooling in a light oil. The stirrups are preturned and have the same tooling as the saddle. The back cinch has the same tooling as well. I oiled it several times before I tried it on my guy. The gullet measures 8" from concho to concho and the gullet is tall with plenty of clearance for those high withered horses. The skirt length from front to back is 26". The conchos are custom made by Dale Chavez and have red stones in the flower. The saddle weighs about 35lbs boxed.
