Are you looking to increase your speech or leadership skills? Then toastmasters is for you! Brass City Club is located in Waterbury, CT. This is an open club that meets the 2nd and 4th Monday of every month, 6:00pm to 7:30pm. We meet at the Silas Bronson Library in the auditorium downstairs Or Conf. room upstairs during construction. Because we meet in the library meetings are canceled when the library is closed...usually for holidays and moved to Wednesday.
