This is one of the Holy Grails of military collecting: an ORIGINAL and OFFICIAL Surrender Document ending World War II in Europe!
This is a completely signed and executed preliminary SURRENDER AGREEMENT between the surviving members of the German High Command and Field Marshal Montgomery. The signatures are:

This 4 May 1945 dated document is one of the iterations of the final surrender document that was executed four days later, on May 8, 1945.
