The adventure set in motion once a again with the sequel to the landmark 1995 Toy Story. This time around, the fun and adventure continue when Andy goes off to summer camp and the toys are left to their own devices. Things take a bad turn when an obsessive toy collector, Al, kidnaps Woody who hasn't the slightest clue that he's a greatly valued collectible because he is a highly valuable collector's item. Woody is reunited with the toy versions of his TV cohorts, plucky cowgirl Jessie (Cusack), prospector Stinky Pete (Grammer), and trusty horse Bullseye. Woody must choose between seeing Andy grow up and forsake him and living a sterile but eternal life behind glass being admired but not played with.
The rest of the original toy troupe, Buzz Lightyear, Mr. Potato Head, Slinky Dog, Rex and Hamm, all leap into action to rescue Woody and get home before Andy returns from camp. Starring Tom Hanks, Tim Allen, Don Rickles, Jim Varney, Wallace Shawn, John Ratzenberger, and Annie Potts, Toy Story 2 is totally an entertaining and touching for anyone of any age.
