WW2 Radio Controlled Warbird US Corsair F4U
Guanli, a preimere Chinese manufacturer of remote control planes has recreated a detailed version of the F4U Corsair. This Ready to Fly (RTF) 4-channel Radio Controlled World War Two Replica Foamie is highly detailed and great for the beginner to intermediate level RC enthusist. You have complete control over throttle, elevator, rudder, and alierons. Enough to do flying acrobatics once you master the controls. The battery takes about 2.5 hours to charge and you get a solid 10-15 minutes of flight time. The impact resistant foam body ensures it can take abuse while you learn how to fly. The package includes everything you need to start flying.
HISTORY: The Chance Vought F4U Corsair was a US Navy carrier-capable fighter aircraft that saw service in World War II and the Korean War. Some Japanese pilots regarded it as the most formidable American fighter of World War II. The U.S. Navy counted an 11:1 kill ratio for every F4U shot down. Corsairs were flown by the famous "Black Sheep" Squadron and as fighter bombers in the Central Pacific.
